Heisler Park is the kind of place that Laguna Beach locals keep to themselves. Perched on a bluff above the Pacific, the park runs along Cliff Drive and overlooks a series of small coves with clear water, rocky tidepools, and the kind of views that make Orange County feel like the Mediterranean.
